And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am naught but a plain warner. 115 Said they: "Indeed, if thou desist not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be stoned to death!" 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 then afterwards We drowned the rest. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
