Al-Ma'aarej 2 of 2

But what is the matter with those who disbelieve that they hasten on around you, 36 towards thee on the right hand and on the left hand in knots? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 Never! We have indeed created them from a thing they know. 39 Now I do call to witness the Lord of all points in the East and the West that We can certainly- 40 To bring instead (others) better than them, and We shall not be overcome. 41 So leave them to converse vainly and amuse themselves until they meet their Day which they are promised - 42 The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- 43 with downcast eyes and faces distorted in shame; such is the Day which they are promised. 44
