The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 And Who hath disposed and then guided, 3 who brought forth the pasturage 4 then caused it to wither away. 5 WE SHALL teach thee, and thou wilt not forget [aught of what thou art taught,] 6 Except what Allah pleases, surely He knows the manifest, and what is hidden. 7 And We will ease you toward ease. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 The admonition will be received by those who fear (Allah): 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 Who will burn in the terrible Fire, 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 He indeed shall be successful who purifies himself, 14 And magnifies the name of his Lord and prays. 15 No; but you prefer the present life, 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
