The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 A Day whereon mankind shall become as moths scattered, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 And what shall make thee know that which she is? 10 It is a blazing fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
