Man asks, "When I am once dead, shall I be raised to life?" 66 Does man not remember that before We created him he was nothing? 67 By your Lord, We will bring them back to life with satan and gather them around hell in large groups. 68 We shall pull out of every section those who were most perversely rebellious against Ar-Rahman. 69 then We shall know very well those most deserving to burn there. 70 and there is not one of you but shall pass through it: a decree from your Lord which must be fulfilled. 71 We shall deliver those who took heed for themselves, and leave the evil-doers kneeling there. 72 And when Our manifest revelations are rehearsed unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: which of the two portions is better in station and goodlier in company? 73 And how many a generation We destroyed before them, who were fairer in furnishing and outward show! 74 Say: As for him who remains in error, the Beneficent Allah will surely prolong his length of days, until they see what they were threatened with, either the punishment or the hour; then they shall know who is in more evil plight and weaker in forces 75 (On the contrary), Allah increases in guidance those who follow the Right Way. Lasting acts of righteousness are better in the sight of your Lord as reward and conducive to a better end. 76 And hast thou ever considered [the kind of man] who is bent on denying the truth of Our messages and says, "I will surely be given wealth and children"? 77 Hath he looked unto the Unseen, or hath he taken of the Compassionate a covenant? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall increase his torment (in the Hell); 79 And it is We only Who shall inherit what he says (belongs to him), and he will come to Us, alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
