Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)
26 verses, revealed in Mecca after Drivers of the Winds (Al-Dhaareyaat) before The Cave (Al-Kahf)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Certainly the news of the calamity that will overwhelm has come to you! 1 Many a face will be disgraced on that day. 2 Labouring, striving hard. 3 They will [enter to] burn in an intensely hot Fire. 4 given to drink from a boiling spring. 5 No food for them save bitter thorn-fruit 6 that will neither nourish nor satisfy their hunger. 7 On that very Day some faces shall be radiant with joy, 8 Glad with their endeavour (for their good deeds which they did in this world, along with the true Faith of Islamic Monotheism). 9 In a lofty Paradise. 10 Wherein they will hear no unsuitable speech. 11 Countless springs will flow therein, 12 Therein will be thrones raised high, 13 And drinking-cups ready placed, 14 and cushions arrayed in rows, 15 And rich carpets (all) spread out. 16 So do they not see the camel – how it has been created? 17 And at the heaven, how it is raised? 18 And at the Mountains, how they are fixed firm?- 19 And the earth: how it was spread out? 20 Therefore do remind, for you are only a reminder. 21 You are not a watcher over them; 22 But whoso is averse and disbelieveth, 23 Allah will chastise him with the greatest chastisement. 24 To Us they will all return. 25 Then indeed, upon Us is their account. 26
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
