And recall when the hypocrites and those whose hearts were diseased said: 'Their faith has deluded these (believers)'. But he who puts his trust in Allah shall find Allah All-Mighty, All-Wise. 49 And if you could see when the angels take away the souls of those who disbelieve (at death), they smite their faces and their backs, (saying): "Taste the punishment of the blazing Fire." 50 in return for what your own hands have wrought - for, never does God do the least wrong to His creatures!" 51 (Their way is) as the way of Pharaoh's folk and those before them; they disbelieved the revelations of Allah, and Allah took them in their sins. Lo! Allah is Strong, severe in punishment. 52 This, because Allah is not one to change His favour wherewith He hath favoured a people until they have changed that which is in themselves; and verily Allah is Hearing, Knowing. 53 This was the case with the people of Pharaoh and those before them, who rejected the signs of their Lord and were destroyed for their sins, and We drowned the people of Pharaoh as they were oppressors. 54 For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: They will not believe. 55 those of them with whom thou hast made compact then they break their compact every time, not being godfearing. 56 Therefore if you overtake them in fighting, then scatter by (making an example of) them those who are in their rear, that they may be mindful. 57 If thou fearest treachery from any group, throw back (their covenant) to them, (so as to be) on equal terms: for Allah loveth not the treacherous. 58
