And assuredly We gave grace unto Musa and Harun. 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Manifesting Book, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 Surely both of them were among Our believing servants. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 when he spoke [thus] to his people: "Will you not remain conscious of God? 124 Will you invoke Baal and forsake [God,] the best of artisans 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We perpetuated to him (praise) among the later generations. 129 "Peace be on Elijah and his people!" 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 Lot too was one of the Envoys; 133 Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
