Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 And after that He spread the earth. 30 And brought forth therefrom its water and its pasture; 31 And He made fast the hills, 32 all this as provision for you and your cattle. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 upon the day when man shall remember what he has striven, 35 And hell will be made visible to all those who can see. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 and preferred the life of this world [to the good of his soul,] 38 Will surely have Hell for his abode. 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Their abode will be the Garden. 41 They ask you about the Hour: “When will it be?” 42 What do you have to do with explaining it? 43 With thy Lord is the Limit fixed therefore. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46
