In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the (winds) sent forth in quick succession, 1 storming tempestuously 2 And by the winds that scatter clouds and rain; 3 then winnow them thoroughly, 4 Then I swear by the angels who bring down the revelation, 5 To end all argument or to warn. 6 Assuredly, what ye are promised must come to pass. 7 Then the stars will lose their light. 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 and the mountains scattered, 10 And when the Messengers are gathered to their time appointed; 11 to what day shall they be delayed? 12 For the Day of Decision. 13 And what knowest thou what the Day of Decision is? 14 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients? 16 And We shall cause those of later times to follow them. 17 That is what We shall do to those who are guilty of crime. 18 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 19 Have We not created you from a fluid (held) despicable?- 20 then placed it in a secure repository [the womb], 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We! 23 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle? 25 for the living and the dead? 26 And placed therein high mountains and given you to drink sweet water therein? 27 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 28 Proceed to that (the Day of Judgment) which you have rejected. 29 Depart into the shadow of three masses, 30 "(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze. 31 The fire will shoot out sparks as big as huge towers 32 and as bright as a herd of yellow camels. 33 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 34 On that Day they will be speechless, 35 nor be allowed to proffer excuses! 36 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 37 That will be a Day of Decision! We have brought you and the men of old together! 38 So if you have any ploy, try it against Me! 39 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
