Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

BEHOLD, from on high have We bestowed this [divine writ] on Night of Destiny. 1 And what shall teach thee what is the Night of Power? 2 The Night of Honor is better than a thousand months, 3 In it descend the angels and Jibreel, by the command of their Lord – for all works. 4 Peace!... This until the rise of morn! 5

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
