And whomsoever We cause to live long, We reduce (him) to an abject state in constitution; do they not then understand? 68 And We have not taught him poetry, nor is it meet for him; it is nothing but a reminder and a plain Quran, 69 by which he may warn those who are living and may let the words of God come true against the unbelievers. 70 Do they not see the cattle among things We have fashioned by Our power, which they own, 71 We have subjected these to them, so that some may be used for riding and some for food, 72 some for milk to drink and some from which other benefits may be received? Will they not be grateful? 73 They have set up other gods besides God, hoping to be helped by them, 74 They (the appointed Gods) cannot help them; and they and their armies will come (to Us), as captives. 75 Let not their words grieve you. We have knowledge of all that they conceal and all that they reveal. 76 Does man not see that We created him of a sperm drop, and lo! he is flagrantly contentious? 77 And he presents for Us an example and forgets his [own] creation. He says, "Who will give life to bones while they are disintegrated?" 78 Say, "He will give them life Who created them for the first time! for He is Well-versed in every kind of creation!- 79 He has created fire for you out of the green tree from which you can kindle other fires. 80 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yea! and He is the Creator (of all), the Knower. 81 His Being alone is such that when He wills a thing to be, He but says unto it, "Be" and it is. 82 Exaltations to Him in whose Hand is the Kingdom of all things, and to Him you will be returned. 83
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
