Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
50 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah) before Q (Qaaf)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the loosed ones successively 1 And by the winds that blow violently, 2 And by the winds that scatter clouds and rain; 3 Then separate them, one from another, 4 By those who bring down the Reminder, 5 excusing or warning, 6 Indeed, what you are promised is to occur. 7 When the stars are obliterated, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder 9 and the mountains scattered, 10 and when all the apostles are called together at a time appointed... 11 For what Day are these signs postponed? 12 one will be told, "To the Day of Distinction". 13 How will you comprehend what the Day of Judgement is? 14 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 15 Have We not destroyed the earlier generations? 16 We shall then send the latter after them. 17 Thus do We deal with the criminals. 18 Woe on that day unto the beliers! 19 Did We not create you of a mean fluid, 20 which We then let remain in [the womb's] firm keeping 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 We determined; excellent determiners are We. 23 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle? 25 For the living and the dead, 26 And have placed therein firm and tall mountains and given you to drink of water fresh 27 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 28 “Move towards what you used to deny!” 29 Depart unto the shadow three branched: 30 Neither having the coolness of the shade nor availing against the flame. 31 "Indeed it throws about sparks (huge) as Forts, 32 and as bright as a herd of yellow camels. 33 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 34 This is a Day they will not speak, 35 Nor shall they be permitted so that they might excuse themselves. 36 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 37 This is the Day of Judgement; We will have assembled you and the former peoples. 38 If you have any plans, use them. 39 Woe that day unto those who cry it lies! 40

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
