Say: "O Lord, if I am made to see what has been promised them, 93 exclude me from the unjust people". 94 And verily to shew them that wherewith We threaten them We are surely Able. 95 [But whatever they may say or do,] repel the evil [which they commit] with something that is better: We are fully aware of what they attribute [to Us]. 96 Say: "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the evil promptings of the devils. 97 "And I seek refuge with You, My Lord! lest they may attend (or come near) me." 98 When death comes to any of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 So when the trumpet is blown, there shall be no ties of relationship between them on that day, nor shall they ask of each other. 101 Therefore the ones whose scales prove heavy – they are the successful. 102 And he whose balances shall be light - these are they who have lost themselves; in Hell they are abiders. 103 The Fire will scorch their faces, and therein they shall be grinning. 104 [And God will say:] "Were not My messages conveyed unto you, and were you [not] wont to give them the lie?" 105 They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray! 106 Lord, take us out of this and if we sin again, we shall certainly be unjust". 107 'Slink you into it,' He shall say, 'and do not speak to Me. 108 "Behold, there were among My servants such as would pray, 'O our Sustainer! We have come to believe [in Thee]; forgive, then, our sins and bestow Thy mercy on us: for Thou art the truest bestower of mercy!' 109 you made a laughingstock of them and your hostility to them caused you to forget Me, and you simply kept laughing. 110 Verily! I have rewarded them this Day for their patience, they are indeed the ones that are successful. 111 He will say: how long tarried ye on the earth in number of year? 112 They will say: we tarried a day or part of a day; ask those who keep count. 113 He will say: You did tarry but a little-- had you but known (it): 114 Did you think that We had created you only for play, and that you would never be returned to Us' 115 So exalted be Allah, the True King! there is no god but he, Lord of the Throne honoured. 116 And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed. 117 And say (O Muhammad SAW): "My Lord! Forgive and have mercy, for You are the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
