Truly, it is We who have revealed to you the Quran, a gradual revelation. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And remember the name of your Lord morning and evening. 25 And worship Him (a portion) of the night. And glorify Him through the livelong night. 26 Lo! these love fleeting life, and put behind them (the remembrance of) a grievous day. 27 [They will not admit to themselves that] it We who have created them and strengthened their make - and [that] if it be Our will We can replace them entirely with others of their kind. 28 This chapter is a reminder. Let those who want, seek guidance from their Lord. 29 But you cannot will it unless God wills [to show you that way]: for, behold, God is indeed all-seeing, wise. 30 He will admit to His Mercy whom He will and as for the Zalimun, (polytheists, wrong-doers, etc.) He has prepared a painful torment. 31
