The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 Striking sparks of fire 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And most surely he is a witness of that. 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and that which is in the breasts is brought out -- 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
