Verily those who keep away from evil and follow the straight path shall be in the midst of gardens and springs of water. 45 "Enter therein in peace and security!" -- 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 They will not be affected by any weariness there, and they will never be made to leave." 48 ۞ [O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful. 49 At the same time, My chastisement is highly painful. 50 Tell them about Abraham's guests: 51 [how,] when they presented themselves before him and bade him peace, he answered: "Behold, we are afraid of you!" 52 They said, "Do not be afraid. We come to you with good news. You shall have a son who shall be endowed with great knowledge." 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 He asked: 'Messengers, what is your errand' 57 They answered: "We are sent to people lost in sin [who are to be destroyed,] 58 Only the family of Lot will all be saved, 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
