۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent gatherers to the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 and indeed they are enraging us; 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 So, We expelled them from gardens and springs, 57 And from treasures and nice houses. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And indeed your Lord – only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 68
