Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And does not urge to feed the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 to those who make display 6 And withhold [simple] assistance. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
