Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

May the hands of Abu Lahab perish! May he too perish! 1 What will his wealth avail him, and all that he has gained? 2 He will suffer in a blazing fire 3 And so will his wife; carrying a bundle of firewood on her head. 4 Will have upon her neck a halter of palm-fibre. 5
