The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 there is no denying its coming 2 It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 and the mountains fragmented 5 and become a dust, scattered, 6 And you become [of] three kinds: 7 Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 8 Companions of the Left, what are the Companions of the Left? 9 and the Outstrippers: the Outstrippers 10 Who will be honoured 11 in the Gardens of Delight, 12 a large group of the early believers, 13 And a few of later ages, 14 On lined couches, 15 they shall recline, facing each other, 16 (and there) shall wait on them immortal youths 17 with goblets and ewers and a cup filled with a drink drawn from a running spring, 18 No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated - 19 and with fruit of any kind that they may choose, 20 and the flesh of birds, as they desire. 21 and fair maidens with large, lustrous eyes 22 like unto pearls [still] hidden in their shells. 23 a recompense for that they laboured. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 Nought but the saying: peace! peace! 26 And those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 27 They will live amid the thornless lot trees 28 And [banana] trees layered [with fruit] 29 And spreading shade, 30 And water gushing, 31 And fruit in plenty, 32 Whose season is not limited, nor (supply) forbidden, 33 And maidens incomparable. 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 And made them virginal, 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 like of age for the Companions of the Right. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
