Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
By the moon, 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 By the dawn when it lightens! 34 Verily, that [hell-fire] is Indeed one of the great [forewarnings] 35 Warn the men. 36 For the one among you who wishes to come forward or stay back. 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 Except those of the right hand 39 In Gardens; they shall be asking, 40 About the guilty: 41 "What has caused you to enter Hell?" 42 They will say: we have not been of those who prayed. 43 nor did we feed the destitute. 44 "And we used to talk falsehood (all that which Allah hated) with vain talkers. 45 and we cried lies to the Day of Doom, 46 until the Inevitable End [death] overtook us." 47 Then there will not profit them intercesion of the interceders. 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Indeed, everyone of them desires to have sheets of revelations unfolded before them -- 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 Nay, verily. Lo! this is an Admonishment. 54 So whosoever will may heed. 55 But they will not benefit from it unless Allah Himself so wills. He is worthy to be feared; and He is worthy to forgive (those that fear Him). 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
