What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 On high hath He raised its canopy, and He hath given it order and perfection. 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 after that bringing forth from it its water and its pasture land, 31 And the mountains He has fixed firmly; 32 A provision for you and for your cattle. 33 But when the Great Catastrophe comes, 34 on the Day that man remembers what he strove for 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 Then he who had been rebellious 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But he who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained his self from vain desires, 40 paradise will truly be the goal! 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 Why (ask they)? What hast thou to tell thereof? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 Thou art only the warner of him who fears it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
