۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 Then Pharaoh sent into the cities summoners, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 and they have enraged us, 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and as soon as the two hosts came in sight of one another, the followers of Moses exclaimed: "Behold, we shall certainly be overtaken [and defeated]!" 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Musa (Moses) and all those with him. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
