Al-Muddath-thir 2 of 2
Nay, and by the moon, 32 And the night when it departs, 33 and the morn when it dawns! 34 Lo! this is one of the greatest (portents) 35 It is a warning for mankind 36 alike to every one of you, who want to go forward or hang back. 37 Every soul is held in pledge against its own deeds, 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 who in their gardens will be enquiring 40 concerning the sinners, 41 What has brought you into hell? 42 They will answer: "We were not among those who prayed; 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 we indulged in vain arguments along with those who indulged in them; 45 and the Day of Judgment we were wont to call a lie 46 until there came to us the certainty. 47 The intercession of the intercessors will be of no benefit to them. 48 What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder, 49 As if they were frightened (wild) donkeys. 50 That had fled from a lion? 51 Nay, everyone of them desires that he should be given pages spread out (coming from Allah with a writing that Islam is the right religion, and Muhammad SAW has come with the truth from Allah the Lord of the heavens and earth, etc.). 52 No indeed; the truth is that they have no fear of the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 Let anyone who seeks guidance do so. 55 And they will not remember except that Allah wills. He is worthy of fear and adequate for [granting] forgiveness. 56
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
