The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the heaven and the Morning Star 1 what do you know what the night-visitor is? 2 The very brightly shining star! 3 There is no soul which is not guarded (by the two angels who record all of its deeds). 4 Now let man but think from what he is created! 5 He was created from a fluid, ejected, 6 Emerging from between the backbone and the ribs. 7 Verily He is Able to restore him, 8 On the day when hidden things shall be made manifest, 9 and he shall have no strength, no helper. 10 By the sky with its returning rain, 11 and the earth, bursting forth with plants! 12 Verily, it is a discourse distinguishing. 13 it is not a jest. 14 Indeed, they are planning a plan, 15 and I am devising guile. 16 Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile). 17
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Comet (Al-Taareq). Sent down in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
