Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 And We guard it against every accursed Shaitan, 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 And assuredly We know those of you who have gone before and those who will come hereafter. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
