And We indeed did a great favour to Moosa and Haroon. 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 And helped them so that they became the victors. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And guided them to the Right Path; 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 When he said unto his folk: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients?' 126 But they called him a liar, therefore they shall most surely be brought up. 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We left for him among the posterity: 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 [So mention] when We saved him and his family, all, 134 except for an old woman who remained behind. 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And at night.
