۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 And lo! we are a ready host. 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We inspired Musa (Moses) (saying): "Strike the sea with your stick." And it parted, and each separate part (of that sea water) became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
