۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 it is indeed a Glorious Koran, 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 It is a revelation sent down from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when [the last breath] comes up to the throat [of a dying man,] 83 and that hour you are watching 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 Then upon you is the greetings of peace (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), from those on the right. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 and the heat of hell fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
