He said: my Lord! expand for me my breast. 25 'and do Thou ease for me my task. 26 and loosen the knot from my tongue 27 "That they understand my speech, 28 Appoint for me a minister from my family 29 Aaron, my brother. 30 Increase through him my strength 31 And share my task, 32 So shall we glorify Thee, 33 and remember You much: 34 Lo! Thou art ever Seeing us. 35 He said, “O Moosa, you have been granted your prayer.” 36 "And indeed, We bestowed Our favour upon thee at a time long since past, 37 When We inspired unto thy mother that which We inspired, 38 "'Put him into a chest, then cast it into the river. The river will cast it on to the bank, and there he shall be taken up by an enemy of Mine and his.' I showered My love on you so that you might be reared under My watchful eye. 39 “When your sister went, then said, ‘Shall I show you the people who may nurse him?’ And We brought you back to your mother in order to soothe her eyes and that she may not grieve; and you killed a man, so We freed you from sorrow, and tested you to the maximum; you therefore stayed for several years among the people of Madyan; then you came (here) at an appointed time, O Moosa.” 40 "And I have prepared thee for Myself (for service)".. 41 "Go with your brother. Take My miracles and do not be reluctant in preaching My message. 42 Go to Pharaoh, for he has become insolent. 43 yet speak gently to him, that haply he may be mindful, or perchance fear.' 44 They said: "O our Lord, we are really frightened lest he behave insolently with us or become violent." 45 He (Allah) said: "Fear not, verily! I am with you both, hearing and seeing. 46 Go to him and say, 'We are both messengers from your Lord. Let the Children of Israel go with us, and do not oppress them. We have brought you a Sign from your Lord, and may peace be upon whoever follows the right guidance; 47 Lo! it hath been revealed unto us that the doom will be for him who denieth and turneth away. 48 (Pharaoh) said: Who then is the Lord of you twain, O Moses? 49 He said: "Our Lord is He Who gave to each (created) thing its form and nature, and further, gave (it) guidance." 50 Said [Pharaoh]: "And what of all the past generations?" 51 [Musa (Moses)] said: "The knowledge thereof is with my Lord, in a Record. My Lord is neither unaware nor He forgets, " 52 It is He who made the earth a bed for you, and traced for you paths upon it, and sends down water from the sky, and brings out through it every kind of vegetation 53 Eat and pasture your cattle, (therein); verily, in this are proofs and signs for men of understanding. 54
