Q (Qaaf)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Qaf. By the Qur'an glorious, We have sent thee as a warner. 1 Nay, they wonder that there has come to them a warner (Muhammad SAW) from among themselves. So the disbelievers say: "This is a strange thing! 2 What, when we are dead and become dust? That is a far returning!' 3 Surely We know that which the earth consumeth of them, and with Us is a Book preserved. 4 Nay, but they cried lies to the truth when it came to them, and so they are in a case confused. 5 Do they not look at the sky above them?- How We have made it and adorned it, and there are no flaws in it? 6 And the earth have We spread out, and have flung firm hills therein, and have caused of every lovely kind to grow thereon, 7 A perception and an understanding, for every bondman who inclines. 8 And We send down from the sky rain charted with blessing, and We produce therewith gardens and Grain for harvests; 9 And the tall palm-trees having spadices closely set one above another, 10 As provision for the servants, and We have given life thereby to a dead land. Thus is the resurrection. 11 The people of Noah, dwellers of the Ra's, Thamud, 12 And the A-ad, and Fir'awn, and the brethren of Lut. 13 And the dwellers in the wood, and the people of Tubba; each one belied the apostles, wherefore fulfilled was My judgement. 14 Could We, then, be [thought of as being] worn out by the first creation? Nay - but some people are [still] lost in doubt about [the possibility of] a new creation! 15
