But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens - 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Having [spreading] branches. 48 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 49 In both of them are two fountains flowing. 50 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 51 In [each of] these two will two kinds of every fruit be [found]. 52 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 55 Therein are maidens of modest gaze, whom neither a man nor a jinn had ever touched before them. 56 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 57 who are as beautiful as rubies and pearls. 58 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 59 Is there any Reward for Good - other than Good? 60 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Both inclining to blackness. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 Therein are two gushing fountains of water. 66 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 67 In both of them will be [all kinds of] fruit, and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 69 Therein will be maidens chaste and beautiful. 70 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 71 They are houris (maidens of Paradise), hidden from view, in pavilions. 72 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 73 Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and fine carpets. 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blessed be your Lord's name, full of glory and majesty! 78
True are the words of God the Almighty.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
