Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 It is he who pusheth away the orphan, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 but are heedless in their Prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 and deny people the articles of common necessity. 7
