The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 cleaving there with a host! 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 and to this, behold, he [himself] bears witness indeed: 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
