Blessed be He Who hath placed in the heaven mansions of the stars, and hath placed therein a great lamp and a moon giving light! 61 It is He who made the night and day an alternation for him who cares to reflect and be grateful. 62 The worshipers of the Merciful are those who walk humbly on the earth, and when the ignorant address them say: 'Peace' 63 And who spend the night prostrating and standing, for their Lord. 64 And who submit, “Our Lord – avert the punishment of hell from us; indeed its punishment is a permanent neck-shackle.” 65 it is an evil settling, and an evil residence' 66 And those who when they expend, are neither extravagant nor sparing, and it is a medium in-between. 67 Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment. 68 Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated - 69 Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will replace their evil deeds with good. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And whoever repents and does good deeds – so he has inclined towards Allah with repentance as was required. 71 And those who witness not falsehood, and when they pass by some vanity pass by with dignity. 72 who do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the signs of their Lord when they are reminded of them; 73 Those who say: 'Lord give us of our wives and children what pleases our eyes and make us leaders to the fearful' 74 These shall be rewarded with high places because they were patient, and shall be met therein with greetings and salutations. 75 therein to abide: [and] how goodly an abode and [how high] a station! 76 Say (O Muhammad, unto the disbelievers): My Lord would not concern Himself with you but for your prayer. But now ye have denied (the Truth), therefor there will be judgment. 77
