And assuredly We have created human being from ringing clay of loam moulded. 26 and the jinn created We before of fire flaming. 27 And recall when your Lord said to the angels, “I will create man from sounding clay made out of black smelly mud.” 28 When I have formed him and breathed My spirit into him, fall down in prostration before him," 29 So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them together. 30 Except Iblis. He refused to bow with the adorers. 31 The Lord inquired: "Iblis! What is the matter with you that you did not join those who prostrated?" 32 (Iblis) said: "I am not one to prostrate myself to man, whom Thou didst create from sounding clay, from mud moulded into shape." 33 [Allah] said, "Then get out of it, for indeed, you are expelled. 34 and there shall be a curse upon you till the Day of Recompense." 35 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 36 He said: Then lo! thou art of those reprieved 37 till that Appointed Day." 38 (satan) said: 'My Lord, for Your perverting me, I shall make (matters) in the earth seem most fair to them and I shall pervert all, 39 except Your sincere servants". 40 Said Allah, “This path* leads straight towards Me.” (* The path of the chosen bondmen.) 41 Surely, as regards My servants, you have no authority, over them except those who follow you of the deviators. 42 and for all such, behold, hell is the promised goal. 43 "It (Hell) has seven gates, for each of those gates is a (special) class (of sinners) assigned. 44
