The pious will live in gardens with streams 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 Toil cometh not unto them there, nor will they be expelled from thence. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And inform them of the guests of Ibrahim: 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 Abraham said: "What, do you give me this tiding though old age has smitten me? Just consider what tiding do you give me!" 54 They said, "We have, indeed, given you glad tidings in truth; do not therefore despair." 55 "Who would despair of the mercy of his Lord," he answered, "but those who go astray." 56 And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?" 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 "(All) except the family of Lout (Lot). Them all we are surely going to save (from destruction). 59 except his wife. We have decreed that she will be among those who remain behind [and will be lost]. 60
