Destiny (Al-Qadr)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
We revealed the Quran on the Night of Destiny. 1 And what do you know what the Night of Power is? 2 (Worship) on the Night of Destiny is better than (worship) for a thousand months. 3 The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by the permission of their Lord, with all decrees. 4 Peace! it is till the break of the morning. 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
