The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Most surely man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
