Do you think that it is harder to create you or the heavens? Allah has created it. 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 and making the mountains firm: 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when there comes the greatest catastrophe (i.e. the Day of Recompense, etc.), 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth, 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 The Abode will be Hell-Fire; 39 And as for him who fears to stand in the presence of his Lord and forbids the soul from low desires, 40 Then surely the garden-- that is the abode. 41 They ask you: "When will the Hour be? When is its time fixed?" 42 What concern do you have to speak about that? 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 You are only a warner to him who would fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
