The food of the Zakkum tree 43 The food of the sinner! 44 like the dregs of oil, it shall boil in their bellies, 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 Seize him, then drag him down into the middle of the hell; 47 "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 "Verily! This is that whereof you used to doubt!" 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 amid gardens and springs, 52 clothed in fine silk and rich brocade, sitting face to face with one another. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will be offered all kinds of fruits, in peace and security. 55 They shall not taste death except the death in this world. And Allah will save them from the chastisement of Hell 56 A grace from your Lord; this is the great achievement. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 So you wait. They are also waiting. 59
