[Useless, though, will be his repentance: for [as long as he was alive] he did not accept the truth, nor did he pray [for enlightenment,] 31 but, on the contrary, he gave the lie to the truth and turned away [from it,] 32 Then he strutted back to his people. 33 Woe to you [O man (disbeliever)]! And then (again) woe to you! 34 Woe to you! For you, the human being of such behavior, will certainly deserve it. 35 Does man think that he will be left uncontrolled, (without purpose)? 36 What, was he not an ejaculated drop (of sperm)? 37 then he became a clot, and then Allah made it into a living body and proportioned its parts, 38 and then He made of him a pair, male and female? 39 Is not That One then Able to quicken the dead? 40
