Allah forgiveth not (The sin of) joining other gods with Him; but He forgiveth whom He pleaseth other sins than this: one who joins other gods with Allah, Hath strayed far, far away (from the right). 116 They invoke beside Him but females, and they invoke not but a Satan rebellious. 117 Allah cursed him. And he [Shaitan (Satan)] said: "I will take an appointed portion of your slaves; 118 And surely I will lead them astray, and surely I will arouse desires in them, and surely I will command them and they will cut the cattle' ears, and surely I will command them and they will change Allah's creation. Whoso chooseth Satan for a patron instead of Allah is verily a loser and his loss is manifest. 119 Satan promises them and arouses desire in them. But Satan does not promise them except delusion. 120 For such, their habitation will be hell, and they will find no refuge therefrom. 121 But those who believe and do deeds of righteousness,- we shall soon admit them to gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,-to dwell therein for ever. Allah's promise is the truth, and whose word can be truer than Allah's? 122 It is neither your fancies nor the fancies of the People of the Book which matter. Whoever does evil shall reap its consequence and will find none to be his protector and helper against Allah. 123 Any believer, male or female, who acts righteously, will enter Paradise and will not suffer the least bit of injustice. 124 Whose way is better than that of the man who has submitted to God, and does good, and who follows the creed of Abraham the upright? And God chose Abraham as friend. 125 To God belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth, and God encompasses everything. 126

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
