Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Say: "I seek refuge with (Allah) the Lord of the daybreak, 1 from the evil of what He has created, 2 From the mischief of Darkness as it overspreads; 3 from the evil of those who blow on knots 4 and from the evil of the envier when he envies." 5

God the Almighty always says the truth.
