And those who disbelieve say: What! when we have become dust and our fathers (too), shall we certainly be brought forth? 67 Assuredly we have been promised this aforetime, we and our fathers. Naught is this but fables of the ancients. 68 Say: "Travel in the land and see how (bad) was the end of sinners." 69 And do not grieve upon them, nor be distressed because of their scheming. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say, "It may be that a part of what you would hasten on is close behind you." 72 Surely thy Lord is bountiful to men; but most of them are not thankful. 73 Surely, your Lord knows what they hide in their hearts and what they reveal. 74 for there is nothing [so deeply] hidden in the heavens or on earth but is recorded in [His] clear decree. 75 Surely, this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that which they are at variance. 76 And verily it is a guidance and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 Trust in God for you follow the manifest truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to pass against them, We shall bring forth for them a creature from the earth that shall wound them, because people did not believe in Our communications. 82
