The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Exalt the Name of your Lord, the Highest, 1 Who hath created, and further, given order and proportion; 2 Who determined and guided them, 3 The One Who produced pasture. 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall teach you (the Quran) and you will not forget it 6 Except what Allah, may will, He knows what is apparent and what is hidden. 7 We shall take you slowly towards ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 Those who have fear of God will benefit 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 in which he will neither die nor live therein. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 And recites the name of his Lord and serves with devotion. 15 However, (the disbelievers) prefer the worldly life 16 But the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily, [all] this has indeed been [said] in the earlier revelations 18 Writs of Ibrahim and Musa. 19
