The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 And what will make you know what the striking (Hour) is? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 So for one whose scales prove heavy, 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 And as for him whose balances are light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
