And mention thou in the Book Musa: verily he was single-hearted, and was an apostle, prophet. 51 We called out to him from the right side of the mountain, and drew him near in (Divine) conversation. 52 And, out of Our Mercy, We gave him his brother Aaron, (also) a prophet. 53 And recite in the Book the account of Ishmael. He was ever true to his promise, and was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He used to command his people to offer prayer and give charity, and was liked by his Lord. 55 Commemorate Enoch in the Book. He was a truthful person and a prophet, 56 And We lifted him to a high position. (Living with soul & body in heaven, after his death.) 57 These were the Prophets from the offspring of Adam, from those who embarked with Noah and from the offspring of Abraham and Israel. God guided them and chose them for His favor. Whenever they would hear the revelations of the Beneficent God they would bow down in prostration with tears. ۩ 58 ۞ But the generation that succeeded them wasted their prayers and followed their desires, so they shall encounter error 59 Except those who repent, believe and do righteousness; for those will enter Paradise and will not be wronged at all. 60 [Therein are] gardens of perpetual residence which the Most Merciful has promised His servants in the unseen. Indeed, His promise has ever been coming. 61 They shall not hear therein any vain discourse, but only: Peace, and they shall have their sustenance therein morning and evening. 62 Such is the Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our slaves who have been Al-Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - See V. 2:2). 63 And we descend not except by the command of thy Lord: His is whatsoever is before us and whatsoever is behind us and whatsoever is in-between; and thy Lord is not a forgetter 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, so worship Him, be patient in His worship.
