We built the heaven with might, and We widely extended it. 47 And the earth have We laid out, how gracious is the Spreader (thereof)! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 Flee therefore unto Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Likewise, there came no messenger to those before them, but they said, "He is a sorcerer or a madman." 52 Have they arrived at a common understanding concerning this? No; but they are a people given to transgression. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and humans for nothing else but that they may serve Me; 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 It is God Who is the Sustainer and the Lord of invincible strength. 58 And indeed for these unjust is also a turn of punishment, like that of their companions – so they must not ask Me to hasten. 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
